Hi I have. 2003 rx1 and just this past weekend and last season the rear right bogie wheel has fallen off , is there something to look for that can be causing this issue that we can look for when putting n another wheel? Anya info would be appreciated.

What failed? There are lots of ways for it to fall off, the most common is just bearing failure. Easy to spot by what is left.

Probly just bearing failure..

Have not taken it apart yet we will this week to put new wheel on , just wondered if there was something to look for just found it odd same wheel two seasons in a row falling off.

This thread is old but I wanted to add my 2 cents worth.... I have an 06 Apex GT. My left rear bogie wheel failed too. It fell off during a ride last weekend. It was a bearing failure. So, since the left one failed its very probable the other one is about to fail too. Sure enough, when I removed the other side, the bearings were getting ready to fall out.
The shocker was when I went to order a replacement wheel. It was $115.00 for one bogie wheel (part# 8L8-47520-10-00). So I found an alternative wheel for $40. The stock number for the alternative bogie wheel is SMA-8CR38-02-BL the BL is for Blue. I painted mine to match the black and silver Apex color scheme. They both fit fine and work well. Thought I might be able to help a friend save a few bucks.
