just bought a boondocker kit used with the k+n's and don't notice an evac system. Can anyone help explain this, do I need one or no?

I have the ECP kit and I'm looking into nitrous myself. I have not been running the evac kit as I do not want unessesary moisture in my engine. With the nitrous the nozzles go directly into the centre of both filters so the evac kit can't.
