Mounting items always seems to be a hot topic around here so I figured that i would share the way that i am mounting my boost controller, wideband 'brain box' and wideband display. First up is the boost controller, its a Norgren air pressure regulator(PN RO7-100-RNAA) and its applicable mounting bracket. One side is fed from the nipple on the intercooler, and the other side goes to a copper line which runs under the seat to the turbo's internal wastegate.

Next picture is the FJO wideband brain box. I realize that i could shorten some wires and mount it a diffrent way then with zipties, but the unit sees duty in multiple vehicles and i'd rather not cut factory wiring when i can avoid it.

Next up is the FJO wideband's digital display. It's simply velcro'ed to the leather cover, but the velcro actually had to be sewed to the leather, as i am convinced now that no substance on earth will stick to that material! I tried several adhesives, including epoxy, with no luck at all. You can also see the newly installed Autometer Ultra-lite boost gauge in the picture. Still waiting for seat time to test it, i havent tried a american made gauge in a long time.

BOV / Gauges

Check out (titanmotorsports.com), they have a good selection of accessories. I have not bought anything yet, still researching what is best, easiest to install, etc.

I have my o2 installed just before the muffler in the back of the sled.It seems to work real good. There is just enough room between tunnel and exhaust pipe to fit it in where it is protected from the track. The wiring goes under seat to the controller.
