I'm installing a boss noss kit on 06 nytro and it says to t into the fuel line after the pump. It looks like my sled has two fuel pumps stacked on top of each other. Which one would i need to t into?

Should be able to tap into one, and be o.k., but most are putting "t's" into both.

When I did my Rx1 Boss Noss install I just tapped into the top one and it worked fine. I'm going to do my Vector soon and will be doing it the same way. Can you post some pics of your intall once it's done?
