Bottles interchangeable????

Do Boondocker's and Boss' bottles have the same thread size and shape? Can you interchange bottles from one system to another?

The bottles are interchangeable. I have BD kit, BD bottle, Boss Noss bottle, and NOS bottle. They all have 4-an fittings.

I have found Nitrous Supply to have the best deals on fittings and hoses, but bought extra bottles from ebay.

How about using bottles with or without siphon tubes? Does this make any difference?

bottles without tubes i think you must mount upside down.

yes bottles w/o tubes must be mounted upside down so the liquid can be extracted. If your bottles don't have tubes they are very easy to install. Make sure the bottle is empty, unscrew the valve from the top of the bottle. screw the tube into the bottom of the valve. Mark the valve where the tube bend goes to. When you mount the bottle you will want the mark on the valve at the bottom so the tube picks up the liquid nitrous which will be at the bottom of the bottle.

I made some flexible dip tubes for two of my bottles. I cost me about $5 for parts from Home Depot.

No lock tite. I don't know the torque spec. One grunt will do it

If I remember right, there is a little black rubber O-Ring on the bottom of the valve to seal it.
