so i had both front fox shocks and my rear skid shocks removed and rebuilt, front are good, i put the rear ones back in and now its bottoming out when i stand on it, the transfer rod is bottoming out and when i get off the sled barely lifts up and if i lift it up it will physically only go so far.
i put on a new track and its snug, rear axle and wheels are prob 1/3 of the way back with good track tension.
first pic is before i pulled the skid to have the shocks serviced, 2nd pic is what it looks like now without any weight on it. 3rd pic overall skid
any ideas?
*should add, the spring on the front shock i can spin with my hand like its not holding any weight on it or compressing yet. i have tried adjusting the clicker on the back shock all the way in and all the way out, no change, also the H/M/S setting doesnt do anything, and i just noticed the front shock is spun around, the adjustment nut should be facing outward, but i dont think that would have anything to do with it bottoming*

before i had the shocks serviced i could NOT bottom the sled out just from standing on it in the garage and jumping, now its pathetically easy to bottom

fyi - i lifted the #*$&@ end up, loosed the bolts on the bottom pivot arm that the rear shock is mounted to and loosened all the other bolts in that area, wiggled the skid around and rear shock dropped almost 2 inches down, its hard to tell but in the pic above but the rear shock has that white/orange sticker on it, before it was sitting lower, i noticed it in pics i took before i removed the skid. once the shock lowered down i tightened everything back up and put the weight back on it, now i can't bottom it out anymore so it looks like i fixed it
