brake light

When I apply the brake lightly the light comes on but if I squeeze it hard the brake light does not light, Bulbs are fine just when I squeeze real hard the brake light does not get brighter. Any suggestions or similar problems????

Same thing happened to mine. The brake switch is a crude design. It is mounted up at the lever. Disassemble and cleam the contacts with an abrasive pad and some contact cleaner or such. Reassemble with some dielectric grease. Done deal!

i replaced mine same problem
