I have a 05 Warrior/CPR turbo (small one - 2554). I have been having trouble with the coolant lines that run to the turbo getting brittle & leaking. My lines are pretty much 1/4" fuel lines. What are you guys using? Where can I get them?
Thanks
Tony

We use Push lock hose and wrap with heat tape.

Would size 4 Aeroquip hose work? (Operating Temperature Range -40°F. to 300°F) seems like it would be better than regular black fuel line from napa..?

What do you use to wrap it? Header tape? Aluminum tape?
Thanks

Garret turbo cooling hoses
CPR cooling fittings are not right at all.
Pipe thread?? 14mm X 1.5mm adaptors or our banjo bolts cooling kits with stainless tubes to get hoses away from turbo.
Hoses also need to be connected to oil cooler then through turbo back to thermastat housing with 7/16"hose.
Antifreeze does burn!! and Oil will burn sled to the ground!
Cross threaded brass pipes are crazy setup on that much money invested in your sled.

What about tapping into the throttle body coolant lines on an Apex? They are already small 1/4" but would have to be sure that it's after the throttle bodies in the return line to ensure not inducing more heat into the intake?
thought?

Cooling turbo
Do not connect to throttle bodies as not enough cooling!

Oh, good to know! I was looking at the ID of the 14mm banjo fitting and it's only so big, figured that was the restriction and wouldn't matter if you put a 3/4 hose to it. What am I missing, is it flow related?
