I broke my front pivot arm and am attempting to repair it. If anyone has one out and handy would it be possible to get the measurement between the inside of the two upper mounting points. If someone could do that it would be great.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd we have another one!!

Sorry TBay Sledhead, dont have measurements for you but I am sure someone will.

Just venting. Mine is at the dealer now gettting the same thing fixed, and having issues getting it covered under YES warranty.

I have 3 sets right now..

1 set we are just welding up..

The other two sets are getting powder coating

I have a busted one from my 06 Attak. I got the 08 one. I'm just going to throw out the old one so if anyone wants it send me money to ship it and its yours!!!

Forget welding them guys they will not last more than 100miles and mine had a steel reinforced plate over the top of the repaired section. It broke not even hitting anything.
You brake it at speed and you in for a hell of a ride!! Happened to me :(

I welded mine up two years ago without gussets and it held up, and we all know im not easy on my sled..

A good weld job with good penitration is the key..

Thats why i had a professional welder design and installing the MONO BEEF UP KIT for me..

You were lucky, I am a welder and build class one racing buggies I used pro gear to weld it up. Its cast alloy and after a while it will break, just a matter of time. Can show you how much penetration my section had before it let go.
It not worth your life if it goes at 90 miles a hour!!

Yep. Mine broke also. Front left gusset area. It was fine last season. I had 3400 miles on the sled. This season I pulled the suspension and it was broke. Broke some where between 3400 and 4900 miles. My RA cable broke also.
