Broken suspension

My 07 with 400 miles broke today. Nothing in the rear suspension looks broken but you can push the back down almost to the ground. It's like there's no springs or shocks working. It makes loud knocking over any bump also.

It's still under warranty, so I'm not too conserned, more curious whaty it maybe.

isnt that the "link" from what ive heard on here thats what it sounds like it is ive never had a problem with the link though so im not possitive

Its the link between the front shock and the rear shock. Yamaha will replace this for you.

It doesn't look to be broken, but maybe I can't see it there's still some ice and snow in there. Have to get it to the dealer this week.
