I put this here because we're the most likely to experience it. It's an 8 1/2 minute video of a skier that gets buried in Haines, Ak. and comes out alive. He has a cam on with sound. It'll send chills up your spine. I got it from our avalanche training class today.

I live in Haines and yes the riding is awesome and the skiing is world class extreme....we see skiers every year get burried...luckily we haven't had anything to tragic happen. Powdermuncher lives about 200 miles north of Haines.....another semi local rider who rides the Haines summit a lot.....great place! Nice video....makes you think before doing some of the other wise stupid stunts
