I am buying a RX1 in the next month, and am not even going to ride it unitl I put a turbo on it. I am just wondering which one to go with, the Bender or the McExpress. The Bender sounds easy to install with no head gasket, but does the McExpress get more power on pump gas with the head gasket installed? Would like to know some opinions if anyone has experienced both. Thanks.

I would give Jeff Simons a call, very pleased with his kit and power.

i am familiar with 8 bender systems of which i own two,,,, all systems no problems..... it seems most people who have problems with the turbo systems occurs with installation.... don't get the fuel delivery sytem right, you will have problems..

spray, Is there a way to determine which page it's on, I couldn't find it. I was asking the same question a month or 2 back and still do not have a clear idea for the differences. Bender is close by for me, but I would like to understand the pros and cons.

I think it got deleted because it was a duplicate post.
In short I said they are both good systems. Buy which ever one you think will give you better support and a better deal. If Bender is close to you that is a real plus.
The two systems are similar in many ways. I like Benders Pitot tube setup. I like MC's oil pump better.

I agree. Go with the dealer and the support. The systems are similar. When you have a problem, you'll want someone available to solve your problem. Winter is too short. Actually it hasn't started here yet.

What about the front mount vs back mount types.
Which seem to have the best long term durability.
I'm interested in a riding sled, not a drag racer. Primarily east, Wyoming once a year.

That is the biggest arguement starter on this forum. The rear mount fans express concerns about heat and reduced fuel capacity. Front mount fans express concerns about lag.
Now there's a politically correct answer!!!! What about reliability and longevity.
I think once you ride it with a turbo you will like either one of them. LOL 200+ HP will do that to a person.

I have not seen anyone present credible evidence that either type is more reliable or has better longevity than the other.
I WOULD GIVE GREG SANDONATO (TURBO TURTLE) A CALL AT 1-866-318-8726.
