So, after some searching and reading up in forums it looks like (in Canada) the c & a skis are the best bet. I'd like to go with curves, but shipping and $$ exchange is going to be too painful. I've narrowed it down to the XT, XCS, BX or MTX. Not to mention a choice of carbides - c & a pro, studboy shaper, snowtrackers...

I really like the RZ's (razors). Put slim Jim doolies ( 6" or 9" carbide) on and you'll get get great performance good tracking and they seam to be noticeably easier on steering effort
