None, looking now!
Looking to put on a set of these on my Attak. I need more floatation with my sled and I think these may work out well for me. They are 7.250 wide and have a tri keel so they would work great in the trails as well. Just wondering if anyone has used these and how were they both on and off trail.

I'm also going to long track my Attak with my Expert to a 144". I am thinking of a track size no smaller that 1.5. What have you all used that seemed to work well both on and off trail.

Thanks...

I can't beleive no one has these skis. Well, I think I am going to get these and I guess I'll be the first to report on the performance of the xt's next season.

I’ve been running the XTs for close to 2 seasons now. These are not your everyday trail friendly skis and are stiff to turn on hard packed. I mean, really stiff! These are the most aggressive ski that C&A makes. Do a 200 mile day in the twisties and it will wear the leather right out of your gloves not to mention pull the veins out of your arms and forehead. However, having that said they are awesome in the fluff and soft trails. You’ll always carve a corner regardless how soft the snow is which enables you to take curves on your side of the trail at greater speeds. Kind of what makes this ski a race ski of choice. Another downfall is that they are scary to run on open water. Any play in your skis will allow the very deep keel to pull you sideways either to your left or right, flip a coin.lol. I almost went a$$ over tea kettle a few times now and try to avoid the cold water.
Bottom line they are a great ski that gives a guarantee to turn. They are a great ski in the soft snow but they are not twisty trail friendly on hard packed.

hope this helps..

Dan

Kool. Thanks for the post. I will be getting a set for sure. I'm in okay shape and am planning on getting myself into better shape. That boondocking isn't as easy as one might think. It takes energy to move these sleds around, especially if you get one stuck.lol
Anyways, thanks for the post, very helpfull. I figured they would be a bear on hardpack. I mostly ran in the UP all season and there wasn't a hardpack trail, it was mostly loose trails. I will always just bring my stockers for that type of trail condition if it gets that bad.

I'm running the Razors on the Apex, and love them they handle fantastic on the trail, and float better in the powder.
Steering effort did increase a bit
