Just curious about your dealer. My first yamaha and I'm wondering how your dealer been treating you. Would you recommend your dealer for service and why ! Thank you for any feed back

Brian's in Hensall is a good dealer. bought a sled and my buddy did as well and he seems to be good. i've never had any work done there so not sure about the service.

Markham Mower, always treated me well, straight up guys. Last season jackshaft bearing on my Viper went, backordered at Yamaha, they phoned around and found one at a Arctic Cat dealer, had me ready to go before week-end.

Dealt with Markham mower, good place. Bought sled at dewilt in Innisvil, bad purchase experience, haven't tried services. Have machine at Newmarket Suzuki, pick up tomorrow. They seem ok.no serious problems.

Parkway Yamaha in Collingwood. Always do a great job. Many high miler sledders get their machines serviced there.

Just bought my winder from Ryan at the Power Garage in Woodstock. Been going there for years. Always helped me out in a timely manor and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse on my winder!

MAN in shelburne are great people to deal with. Anybody can sell you a sled. When you have problems - that's when you know how good your dealer is. They have bailed me out on several occasions. Also, when doing work myself they have been kind to impart some 'tips' on what to expect when it's apart. Great people.

Parkway in Collingwood is where mine came from originally, and any dealings I've had over the phone with them have been great. Having said that...

I dealt with Georgian Bay Yamaha when my starter did that thing they do. http://www.gbayyamaha.com/
The awesome girl working there, Marina, was very cool about it and got me in the next day, right before Christmas. I didn't cry TOO much, but she said just leave it with her. I was pretty much done with snowmobiling thanks to the $3000 repair, but she called Yamaha on my behalf, without my asking her to, and even though my sled was 26 months out of warranty (2014 XTX with 3100km on it, this happened one month ago) she got Yamaha to foot most of the bill and had my sled back to me in 4 days. Cost me just over $600 to have the starter replaced, bill was about $3000. Loyal customer now, I'll be getting my Sidewinder from them some day I swear.

my local dealer is good, midnorth play power sports sudbury. does not carry alot yet as he is a new dealer but gets things in in good time and keeps asking to hire me as i know more than most of his parts guys some days lol. i have bought sleds from all over as he knows i buy what i want but he is my go to parts and service guy.

Red Line power sports in Antigonish Nova Scotia Canada , Service is second to none, finally a dealer that will help you and treat you with respect, I can't say enough good things about this dealer ship, we are lucky to have them. thanks
