Carbon fiber DIY

I have seen some of you guys making parts with carbon fiber and I am looking to do some myself, I wanna know were you got your kits from or we you got the fiber to do the projects, I would like to make the side panels and hood out of CF maybe one or two layers thick just for drag racing and maybe for a show and shine.. Are these goals a little out of line or do you think it can be done even with all the angles and curves of the nytro panels. All help is welcome thanks!
