Why is there an o'ring on the white cap that snaps into place at the needles?
I figured it need to be pushed down until it sealed. DO NOT DO THAT! It breaks off the little plastic legs!
I now have new parts coming to replace all my throttle valves. Just incase I damaged all of them. Part number 5el-14112-00-00.
But I still dont know why there is an o'ring, because I dont see what that even does? Anyone know??

It holds the needles in place .You have to put some oil on the o rings to snap in place .It don t take much pressure to put them in place.
