Do you have access to the 130 HP FI parts, or are you thinking that this swap will get you 130 HP?
The 120 vs. 130 HP differences aren't due strictly to the FI units, cam and timing are different.
I don't know specifically about the Vector, but I know on other Yamaha products this has been researched and it never made sense. Too many parts and money involved, it makes more sense sell your old one and buy a new one.
If it was attempted, it seems like you would have to at least stay within the same model line.

I know for sure you cannot do it on the 4 cylinder RX motor to apex fuel injection. The heads are different along with the cam timing and a few other things. And if you change out motors to the injected one you need all of the electonics including spedometer and the electric fuel pump whethere it is tank mounted or exterior one cause you need increased fuel pressure. I did one back about 5 yrs ago and it was a mother.
