Dad's 06 Vector received an overhaul of sorts this fall.

Ice ripper XT
Rebuild front shocks
Rebuild/re-valve Mono shock (to remove the spinetinglers)
Pioneer performance Mono bushing kit
Fourth wheel kit
Chain case, speedo and secondary bearings
Exhaust donuts
Pioneer bulkhead and A-arm bushings
SledStart HID headlights
Reinforced front mono arm
Powder coated Front and rear arms candy red
Fixed snow flap mount
Random front plastic to repair damage from a roll over incident out on a lake last year.

When we were working on the snow-flap area, we noticed that the rivets in the coolant cross over tube had pulled through and came dangerously close to rubbing through. We re-riveted with some Multi grip rivets with backup washers (the holes in the tube mounts were enlarged due to the pull through).

Also put the old girl on the scales for kicks. It had MAYBE 2 Gal of gas (the light is on).

No rider-603
Front 50.7% or 307
Rear 49.3% or 298

With rider but no gear-816
Front 35.5% or 290
Rear 64.5% or 526

I didn't level the pads on my piss poor garage floor but these numbers should be close.

It has around 10,500 Km or around 6000 miles. He's never had a problem overheating so we decided to leave well enough alone.

Irv, thanks. With any luck he'll be sledding long enough to think about buying a non current Vector with EPS whenever that tech migrates. He turned 69 this month....

wow. looking really good!

i was riding with crewcheif and company when the rollover happened. was not a good one.

making me want to re-powder coat my suspension parts now but i will be lucky to get enough time to ride this season.

I took my Dad out 2 years ago, he was 71 and hadn't been on a sled in over 30yrs!
He is the one who got me into snowmobiling years ago so it was nice to return the favour so to speak ;)!
