i think you have to go with smaller drivers for this to work...

i put a 2" polaris series 4.1 on my 09 xtx a month ago. It fit with stock drivers (non extrovert). theres about a 1/2" of clearace in front between it and the heat exchanger. The tunnel protectors have to come out, but thats easily taken care of with a dremel!
I Have a 2" Challenger on my XTX. Really nice track!
You dont have to change to a smaller driver, just cut out the protectors on the cooler and in the tunnel.

Do you have any problem with the 2" track ratcheting with the stock drivers ? i was just planning on buying extroverts for that reason.

never noticed it ratchet at all. But i also tried running it a little tighter to help keep that from happening. I didnt switch to extros at the time just bc i was wanting to save a little money. I do believe that if you switch to extros of the same size that the rails need to be shortened at the tip by a little for clearence issues.
If you do a search theres alot of info on this all ready. Seems to be a lot of people wanting a 2" track on an XTX!

I put on a challenger 2" and it fits just fine. You need to cut the protectors out, but smaller drivers are not needed. I even have an under tunnel exhaust. I also swapped in a cat skid and this combo forced me to keep the track tight and extros, so it would not ratchet. If you keep the stock skid you should be fine, but I would just get some 9 tooth extros.
I have 9t extros on my 2012 XTX so im not sure how it would work with stock drivers. All 2011-2012 XTXs are delivered with 9t extros in Scandinavia so i dont think you need to cut the rails.roy_kesslers said:Do you have any problem with the 2" track ratcheting with the stock drivers ? i was just planning on buying extroverts for that reason.
I have heard that the xtx works good without extros unlike the rtx so you could try that.
