I'm buying front tripple rate springs and dual rate for the center shock from hygear. I've decided to leave the shocks alone for now. Do I need a spring compressor or some special tool to get the springs off/on?

No special tools required, Just remove the spring perch (it has a slot in it) and on the fronts remove the rebound adjusters (philips screw). They slide right off!
After reading more and more I'm beginning to think just the springs aren't enough.
I don't know much about suspension adjustments so I can't tell what i need as far as improving the handling of the sled for this season.
Maybe I get the sport package with TR springs and don't worry a bout stepping up to the sport x package?
With all the "which ski do i get" threads it seams like people change skis for either more off tral or more on trail, and since I do about a 50/50 mix I think I'll just stay with the stockers so that leaves me to shocks and springs to adjust.
