I'm in the desert right now, but as soon as I get back I'm going to be swapping tunnels and replacing the front heat exchanger and drop brackets. I have all the parts I need, I'm just lacking the rivets. If anyone knows what sizes I will need I'd appreciate it! I'd love to be able to order them from McMaster Carr and have everything ready for my return. Thanks!!

I just did a build and used factory rivets they are a coated steel Yamaha Part # 90267-47195. You DON'T want to use stainless it will corrode against the aluminum. Unfortunately the rivets were around a buck a piece.

I only used 40 in my build but if your going to be swapping tunnels and replacing the front heat exchanger and drop brackets you going to need more. All I did was a skid swap I put a SC3 in my sled.

Looks like I'm going to have fun, I looked up the fiche on Port Yamaha's site and there's at least 4 different rivets listed throughout the tunnel and it doesn't really show what goes where. The rivets you listed are $0.58 a piece through them though!

I think we've all been in that position! I actually just sent them an email describing what I'm doing, hopefully they can sort out what I need!
