On the early rides, I am trying to isolate issues I've not had on other sleds. There is a rattle coming from speedo area, could the speedo bearings need greasing? Track also seems quite noisy, but mechanic just tightened the track, maybe too much? (also installed 108 studs w/ double backers...). We added the hyfax pieces on endof protectors after the studs made some contact on first ride...a must do for anyone that doesnt know!
Sled goes good, clutching still feels flat, but will figure that out. Got spoiled with 911 ER Responses on other Yamahas I've owned!

Still wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the things listed... Maybe I'm just getting too old and finicky but hoping can get the sled right...Any feedback appreciated!

Have you checked those things you mentioned in your first post yet?

Haven't figured out anything yet, looking for any ideas about speedo or track noise. Going to pull trigger on another 911 ER kit. That will help my clutch issues.
FMI u think your Ulmer kit woke up your sled?
