Subject: ATV and OFF ROAD MOTORCYCLE TRAIL CLOSURE

Date: June 1, 2004

Tim Puskarich, Clark County ATV/Snowmobile Coordinator, announces the closing of the Clark County ATV and Off Road Motorcycle Trail System.

All ATV trails, routes and the Knobby Ridge Motorcycle Trails within the Clark County Forest are included in this closure. The ATV and Off Road Motorcycle Trails will CLOSE ON TUESDAY JUNE 1ST AT 8:00 A.M. DUE TO EXTENSIVE RAINFALL AND TRAIL WASHOUTS.

The ATV and Motorcycle trails will remain closed until A SIGNIFICANT DRYING PERIOD OCCURS and THE ATV AND MOTORCYCLE TRAILS ARE INSPECTED AND REPAIRED.

OFF ROAD MOTORCYCLE PARTIAL TRAIL OPENING
Date: June 23, 2004

Clark County Forestry & Parks announces Opening of the Clark County ATV Trail System and Partial Opening of the Off Road Motorcycle Trail System.

ATV trails and routes within Clark County will open at 12:00 (NOON) on Friday, June 25, 2004. Excluded from this opening is the Snyder Lake Park Trail to Chili Road, trail segment will remain closed.

Knobby Ridge Motorcycle Trailhead, Youth Loop and West Loop will open at 12:00 (NOON) on Friday, June 25, 2004. Excluded from this opening are all motorcycle trails east of Bachelors Avenue.
