In and out but more out.Its a crankcase breather.

ok so a one way cheak valve type thing isa bad idea im guessing

I am sorry.Had a bad day dealing with changing brakes on my Chevy truck.I can do a motor but these things kicked my butt.

Let me guess - taking the front rotors off ?
Also - Simple Green does a nice job cutting oil on plastic or painted parts where you don't want to use a solvent parts cleaner.
Front and back.Yes and the caliper pins were severely corroded.Had to use a breakerbar all the way out and last one the torque slot stripped out so had to use a combination of heat,pipewrench and hammer.Then the back the excuse for a parking brake was dug in.Not fun.Would buy new calipers next time and get a cutting torch for bolts.
