Picked up my sidewinder ltx-se from dealer this morning, had it on and off the trailer twice. Got home and as I backed it off started hearing a clicking noise for the first time! Got it into the garage and up on the chain falls, the front part of the tract under the area of the skid that starts to curve is so tight I can barely pull it away from sliders, yet the middle and rear sections seem to have good deflection. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated, this is my first Yamaha since my 89 ovation!!!
New.. Tight everything including track.. It'll stretch and the slides will wear... Ride it

Exact same thing with my sled when I picked it up. I would say they send them out knowing things will stretch and loosen up.

Update... rode 95 miles yesterday. Initially still making noise except when I got over 30 mph it went away. By the end of the ride even at low speeds the noise had vanished. I didn't hold her open for long but I gotta say this thing pulls like and animal. 50-80 seemed like 2 seconds! Can't wait to head back out today!!!

The clicking you are hearing is the anti ratchet fingers on the drivers. They will wear in and the sound will go away.
