Was leading group of 5 and it was sunny making snow so bright definition was very bad even with amber lens.Going along a drifted fence line with windblown plowed field to the right.Shouldnt have done it but hit a big drift at about 70 mph.Thought it would mostly punch through drift but it was hard and sent me both sideways and track side at a 45.Basicly a very good whip with a very bad landing since I didnt get it back all the way.I landed it but I think my thumb is sprained or something.Hurts.If I wouldnt have saved it I for sure would have ended up in the Chisel plowed field. Anyhow turned out to be a great 240mi day.Have fun but be careful guys!
Only pic we got was at lunch break at the Marsh in Sheboygan co.Found trails to be better toward Brown and Kewaunee Co.More snow.

Yep, you can't be too careful on the trails and off - Glad you're okay!
Wondered the same thing about the code - might have jarred something loose/broke a wire or something.
Oh yeah forgive me but here's a ;)! to help with your sprain

Glad all is good! Ive done the same thing.

Glad your doing ok :) FYI I had a similar thumb issue a few years ago... after it remaining painful after 3 more weeks of riding, I had a doctors check up and mentioned it whilst there, he checked it out and it was actually broken, but nothing that could really be done about it anyhow....

Thanks guys. Its all black and blue now.Still can move it so I dont think it broke. As for the landing causing code.No.Code was on well before that.I just turned Phazer on and now code isnt there again.Makes diagnosis much harder now.Shop did have sensor in stock so I will replace it and check wiring over as good as possible.

I think I have been upside down on my Phazer more than any other sled I've owned. Getting to old for crashing. Glad you didn't get hurt as bad as me. Crutches for two weeks and complete front cage and A arms for the sled.

Groomer layed down a great, smooth trail, which obviously I couldn't follow. I hit a pile of snow that was really a rock pile with lots of stumps. The sled barrel rolled and I did some kind of Superman thing. Wish I was Superman cause it hurt a lot. Usually I have a helmet cam running that records such blunders, but not that day. So we rolled the sled upright and tried to get both skiis pointing the same general direction. Rode about 20 miles back to the truck and made a late night visit to the hospital. Its all healed and fixed and another story to add to my memoirs.

Wow your lucky too.I just cant believe the off trail guys dont hit something under snow everytime they go out.Seems for me thats my luck other than familiar ditches.
