i am looking to purchase a clutch kit for my 04 warrior and was wondering which one 2 purchase. Has any one used the new team industries tied secondary clutch??

For a clutch kit, try Ulmer's Stage II.

The Secondary, and actually the Primary, on these sleds are actually very good. There is a thread on the new Team Secondary in the Clutching Forum. The last time I read through it, most folks were in a "wait & see" mode. On most 4-Strokes, you don't need the back-shift of a roller Secondary. And the gain of having the sheaves tied seem marginal, seeing how we are not having any problems with a properly maintained Stock Secondary.

I put one of Allen Ullmer's stage 2 clutch kits on my 03 RX-1. It made a very big difference, the sled is much more fun to ride. Allen Ullmer is a top notch person, excellent service, very knowledgeable, very fast delivery. While you are working on your clutch system, I reccomend installing Allen oil-lite bushings in both clutches since they will last much longer than the stock bushings.

I added the Drag N Fly weights set up by Boss Performance and am VERY satisfied with it! Uses all the stock springs in the clutches (White secondary) and pulls very hard. He said this setup beat a Ulmers stage 2 Apex, haven't raced anyone with it yet, but it really woke up the acceleration.

the stage 1 is what used to be called the stage 2 according to the picture i just looked at.

now i know i have been on here a long time as mine is a stage 3 whitch equals what he now calls a stage 1. worth every penny though.

team

I have a Team clutch that I just decided to sell. If you are interested send me a message...maybe we can work something out.
