Hey guys, took the sled out for the second ride of the year, put on about 25 miles or so, and my clutch began slipping, i figured snow got inside the side panel, and the clutch got wet, so didn't think much of it, well it did it a few more times, so i headed back home, and got just about there and it was slipping so bad, i could run at about 20 MPH, and the engine was almost all the way revved.... Took of the side panel, and revved the sled a bit, and it doesn't seem the clutch is engaging past a certain point... Anyone know what coluld be wrong? Any help appreciated... Thanks!

Put the back bumper on a stand and see if you can rotate the secondary by hand, with engine off. Sounds like something is binding.
How far or deep is the belt into the secondary?

Spring is good, belt sits into the secondary roughly and 1/8" maybe less.

I think if it's not a weight problem it's either the primary cover bushing or the sheave bushing. Albeit either dirty or worn out. Is it a stock clutch?
When taking off the primary cover , remove 3 out of 6 bolts (every other one), take off cover evenly by removing remaing bolts alternating so it doesn't bind or jam on the clutch shaft, make sure you hold the cover on due to some spring pressure. Inspect shaft, moveable sheave, and bushing, clean. Reverse order for assmbly
