clutch puller?? do i need one?

If you have to physicaly get the clutch off the sled, then yes you need one. However, you can take off the clutch cover by loosening the 6 - 10mm bolts on the clutch cover. Once cover is off, you can change weights and rollers while the clutch is still on the sled. So, it depends on what it is you are trying to accomplish.

This is something that needs to be done to disassemble the engine. If you can't borrow one from someone make sure to buy a good quality puller so you don't cause any other problems. It needs to be a clutch puller not a three jaw puller,Ken.

Yeah, I thought so. I think one of my Yamaha buddies might have one, if not I'll go shopping...

Thanks
