Clutch safety season

It's about holding companies responsible for issuing unsafe products.

Not to be rude... But what are you expecting to get from this... A massive recall and everyone gets a new clutch that cracked?
To sum it up, ACCOUNTABILITY.
Trying to prevent manufacturers from hiding out from their responsibilities. If something similar happened in the automotive world, consumer watch-dogs would be all over it and the manufacturer would be forced to fix it, including recalls if necessary.
Cat knows full well about this issue. No matter what they say, what they have told (demanded) from their dealers, etc they know there is a HUGE cracking problem with the Team primary.
We all know there have been millions of snowmobile clutches made over the last 50 years that don't crack and fly apart.
