A softer spring in the primary clutch should do that for you. I don't know which spring colors that would be, maybe some other people on here would know more. I'm not sure why you'd want to change the clutch engagement to such a low RPM as you'll be getting futher away from the motors power-band/torque curve.

Sweet pic!!! It's good to know that winter was good there as hopefully that means we will also get plenty of the white stuff.

Your engagement is good. You really wouldn't want it to engage at 2500.

there no problem to clutch around 3000 rpm. My Rx-1 with 162 x 16 x 2.5 clutch at 3100 rpm with 20-40 gearing . Its way more fun at low rpm when youre going tight trail in deep snow, otherwise, its useless to change that. But not that bad.

clutching update?

Did you ever change your engagement RPM and also what track speed are you showing while climbing steep powder throttle pinned? I'm seeing 48-50MPH on the dream meter with RPMS consistent at 10800 RPM. I'd like to hear some other folks track speeds, considering going to a Hartman clutch kit and I know you have his set up. All info appreciated
