2011 Apex SE
I just geared my 2011 Apex SE down from a 24 to a 23. I'm wondering if I'll need to adjust my clutching or not. Rode it Sunday but trails were real lose found a decent stretch but only pulled 10300 to 10400 did show 10500 or so but I contribute that to loose snow conditions but again trails weren't ideal. Maybe take a little tip weight out? Running Ulmers clutching

Mine does the same thing just wait for cold day and firmer snow and the rpms will go up.

Yup. Loose snow will kill the upper rpm. Like icebreaker said, wait for better conditions to dial in the clutching.
I would suspect that you may not need to make any changes.
