2006 Apex (VE Tunnel, 144" track, Slydog Skis and Wheels)

I just picked up an 06 Apex with a VE tunnel and a 144" x 1.5 track. I'm use to the 4 stroke world and Yamaha's but had some questions about clutching. I'm not sure what's in the clutch for weights and springs right now, the sled does about 106 max on the speedometer. It's not quite as snappy as my fathers Attak. I'm fine with hitting 106, as long as it does 100 that's all I really care about. I did however want to make sure it's not over revving at wide open, it hit's just about 11,000 rpm at wide open. However, if I could get some more corner to corner acceleration to give me back some of that seat of the pants feel. I have never really messed with clutching so I don't really know what I am doing but am mechanically inclined enough to do most any task. Thanks for any input.

well i would have to get kirkswim involved as he developed the one i use in my 11 xtx in the 05 rx war he bought from me.
all clutching was stock when we started on the 11 and i did have a super tip kit from ulmer in the rx when he got it. we did our own as we wanted the ability to crawl the sled at 5mph or less as we do off trail quite a bit and the stock 18mph was too fast for us.
secondary is a 51/40 dalton helix with stock spring wrapped to 70 degrees.
primary is heel clicker drag n flys with the grey spring with 3 grams in the heel and 1 grams in the tip.
uses stock 8dn belt.
11 apex with 1-1/4" ripsaw needed more tip weight than posted when in powder. on trail it tacked 10,800 rpm all day wot at 14 mph. now has 1-1/2" track so have to set it again possibly.
youngest brother has 09 apex mtx and we just put the clutches from the o5 rx war with this clutching onto it. brother loves them as now it crawls but it stands on end when you punch it.
