Christmas is coming, money is tight and I am fighting with my wife. She is freaking out about me dressing up my sled and me telling her not to spend money. Why not skip on groceries in order to pay for some accessories (along with some beer while you install them with friends??) Women, they just don't understand....

Anyway, combination anti-ratchet drivers vs. the regular anti-ratchet drivers. Combination extrovert sprockets are $115 +tax EACH. That is the cheapest I can find. Sure Mountain Perf has them for $75 US, +tax+duty+shipping+exchange to CDN. The regular extrovert sprocket is about 25-30 bucks each. All you do is add them with your stock internal drivers.

Is there a huge advantage with these combination drivers? I am not into weight savings since there are no mountains around here. Would the regular ones suffice??? All I do is break trail, ride lakes, swamps, hydro-line hill climbing, rough trail and groomed trail (everything but mountains).

I am just trying to hold my relationship with my spouse together by trimming a few bucks here and there (I just hope she doesn't find out about the bill I have waiting for me at the dealer when I pick stuff up).

Check with Turbo Tony, (Edmonton?) I just bought a set of (8T)combo anti-ratchets from him and he has another set in good condition. Or if 9 tooth is more to your liking then Ski Doo in Canada can be had for around $75 CAN each.
