Compression Clickers not Turning on GYTR Shocks

My riding budy has an '07 Apex/Attak GT. We noticed tonight that his compression clickers (the upper ones) are not turning. We didn't force them with a pliers or anything, they just would't budge with our fingers.

The rebound adjusters turn and have an audible click. He does have YES coverage until the end of 2011.

Any insight is appreciated.

call pioneer performance or mike carver and ask them. they are both well-known yamaha shocks builders. Most dealers have no idea about what makes shocks work so call shock guys first.

If he has Y.E.S. bring it to the dealer for some new free shocks.
