I have a 2003 RX1. just recently had my coolant flushed by a dealer. I never did pay any attention too my coolant in the past. Last night I checked my coolant level when the sled was cold. It was right on the cold level mark. I went for a ride and when I got back it was about ¼ of an inch from the top of the coolant bottle. Not up the neck of the bottle but a ¼ of an inch below the neck. I also felt the thermostat housing and it was so hot you could not touch it. I put about 60 miles on my sled no temp light and I know both of my heat exchangers get hot. Just wanted to make sure this is normal. Any help would be great. I’m sure its normal just wanted to be sure. Thanks.

just keep an eye on it. i had mine coolant replaced last season in my sled and it burped itself over the summer. no leaks at all but my reservoir was empty. topped it off with a 50/50 mix and has not gone down since.

Mine did the same thing this summer. What that tells me though was: I had air trapped in the system. Next time I frog around with the coolant system, I am going to bleed the exchangers from the rear cross-over to make sure there is no air trapped.
