is the cooling system routed under the footboards on the phazer?

no. There is a front heat exchanger in the tunnel and the radiator by the oil res.

i wonder if that will be enough?will it be cooling problems?

that is one of my complaints about the phazer, i enjoyed the ride, it is a great little sled, but the floor boards will snow/ice up under use.... and that is a P.I.T.A.

I think the radiator will control the temp better than the heat exchangers under the running boards. You won't have to rely on the snow dust for cooling nearly as much. If the running boards ice up though, it will be a pain in the #*$&@.
