Copper Exhaust Donuts

I slammed it back together already.... I need a bigger shop/shed/garage or less yard ape stuff......LOL!

I'm working on getting an updated quote from the supplier right now for the copper version. It will probably be 6-8 weeks before I get any and I may do a pre-order to get the ball moving. If my old quote holds, I'll be able to offer them for pre-orders @ approx $13 each for the pre-orders, $15 each afterwards. These will be made OFFSHORE! I want that to be clear for everyone.

The disclaimers would sound something like..... "SledToyz will not be held responsible for any possible damage that may occur to your snowmobile as a result of installing and using this product. "

And.... "DO NOT... Install this product unless you are confident of your technical ability to properly remove, modify and replace the components required. Instructions and pictures, where provided, are given to assist in installation only; they are NOT a substitute for relevant experience in repairing, maintaining or modifying your snowmobile. References to, reliability, ease of installment, etc. are based on personal experience and feedback from others. This is NOT a guarantee that you will experience similar results during installation of these products. Remember, the exhaust is a critical system and all due care must be given to the proper and successful installation of the product and reassembly."

Nice price, I think I'll be buying a set. Will there be a place to order them in the States?

If brass expands more than steel I would try heat before cold.

Funny, that you could not find a supplier in the states and would go off shore. I would pay a couple of $$$ more to know they were made here.

What will be the country of origin? Please do Not say China.

Pre-order page is up: Exhaust Donut

I hope to have these by the end of April or sooner if I'm lucky. These will work on all 3 and 4 cylinder 4 stroke Yamahas except for the 2011 Apex with EXUP. NO installation instructions are included with these either.

There are some helpful threads here on TY though:
RockerDan Thread for APEX
Grizztracks Thread for RS/RX
