Could someone help on 07 Apex starter removal

Starter just free-wheels. Is it the starter, or starter clutch? Can someone give procedures for getting the starter out please? Thanks

Remove the hood, headlight pod, air-box, battery and battery tray. The starter is right there. The starter clutch is a different story. The stator needs to be removed to access it. Go to the FAQ under Manuals and you can download the manual.
