Couple Ques on Apex - TORS and Fuel Relay

First of all - I read the manual on Bypassing the TORS on the APex - Where do I find this harness at and how do I identify it ? Anyone have any pics of it ?

Second - I've read the topics on the fuel relay causing problems - where is this located in the event that I need to pull it ??

Oh - and the other - I have read that some have had the fuel pump ground come loose - where is this ground so I can check mine ???

Relay is in lower left foot well. Don't know about ground.
