06 apex, quit, fuel pump not getting power. I have done new relay, new battery, new starter relay block with 10 amp fuses, bypassed tors, cleaned and soldered ground blocks. Still just turns over and no fuel pump. Ram 12v to fuel pump directly and it runs. It will fire on starting fluid so I know it will run. What else can I do?

Check for corrosion inside the connector that goes into relay block that is mounted to the battery box
Wiggle it to see if it is not getting a good connection and fuel pump starts working.
Sometimes the spade lugs relax causing poor connectivity.

I think Apexallday was referring to the actual connector that connects to the relay and not the relay itself.

just checked, I have good power in and out of the block

Do you have power to the pump and a good ground?

Sounds like the relay isn’t pulling in

No that's the whole issue is no power to wires that hook to the pump. Traced everything I have read about and still have no power. But the pump works if you hook power from battery direct

Not what im talking about. A relay has four wires, two for the coil and two for the pump. Here’s what you do, find the wires going into the bottom of the relay. Two small wires two bigger wires. The two smaller wires come from the ecu. Pull the relay out and touch the meter leads to the two smaller wire connections. Set the meter to read dc voltage and turn on the key give it s crank. You should have 12 volts across those two smaller wires.

Also when you pull the relay out look at the connections that the relay plugs into they should not be black or discolored

Check to see if you have continuity from the relay to the pump. Also check the pump ground wire to the chassis ground. It may be as simple as a open wireNo that's the whole issue is no power to wires that hook to the pump. Traced everything I have read about and still have no power. But the pump works if you hook power from battery direct
