CPR boost adjust.

I want to adjust the boost on the CPR turbo from 7 and 10 lbs to run at 10 and 13 lbs. Since I'm changing both low and high setting I wasn't sure if I could just change the jets in the T or if I need to adjust the wastegate arm or both? If anybody could clear that up for me that would be great, I wanna run 10 lbs low boost and 13 high. Also, if I need to adjust the wastegate arm can anybody tell me roughly how many turns equates to 1 lb of boost. Thanks

my bender is about 1 turn = 1-2 psi
