For anyone interested here you go:

CPR's Custom Header is designed to optimize exhaust gas pressure and temperature to the Turbo for maximum throttle response which virtually eliminates turbo lag, while retaining a high flow design.

CPR has designed thier intercooler to greatly reduce intake charge temperture with minimal pressure delivering you maximum potential horsepower. The intercooler on the CPR kit is the largest available. The cooler your charge temps, the more HP you make.

The Intake System is designed to optimize boost response time by not having excessive volume between the turbo, intercooler and engine. Less volume means less turbo lag.

This kit has been designed for the RX-1 with the target being mamimum trail reliability, instead of just maximum horsepower.[/b]

HERE GUY IS THE DYNO SHEET FOR THIS TURBO

Here you go. Dyno numbers, intake temp numbers, pre intercooled exhaust temps, pounds of boost, Horsepower and Torque
RPM=Engine RPM
TORQUE=Engine Torque in ft. lbs
HP=Horsepower
EX3=Pre Intercooled exhaust temperature
EX4=Intake temperature
Custom=Pounds of boost

TT,

there are similarities between the two of them. The routing is different to the intercooler, the header is alot different, intercooler is different and the plenum. They do look similar however. Did you ever find that Mounting template for that ZL skid for an RX1?...BBY

Belt and Template answer's

Sorry you don't like my belt It does look a little rough but it has over 300 hundred hard testing miles on it. I think I'll put a new one on this year. Now that I put piston's and did a little head work. The other question no I am in the Boat buss and have been realy swamped , I'll make a note to call and find out what happened. Greg (TURBO TURTLE)

turtle turbo, glad you like it, we worked hard on it, we tried to keep the underhood installation as clean as possible. with nothing laying over the engine, access to spark plugs is totally unrestricted. kit includes a new plastic fuel tank, the reason we went with plastic over aluminium is to prevent the possibility of condensation from building up in the tank, (water in gas can be bad) our kits are set to a 190 hp form when shipped, you can easily dial up more power with our adjustable wastgate if needed, but our target was to build the most trail reliable turbo on the market, (this is not to say other kits aren't trailable) (i think if a guy puts his mind to it anything can be broken) we just made durability our first concern, we were'nt interested in the power that the kit made on the first dyno run, instaed we focased on the sixth smokin hot back to back dyno run, (worst case senerio) you can see by the high intake temperatures listed on the dyno sheet that this was not a cold blast, on the first runs we didn't see much over 100 intake charge temps, but as the engine saturated with heat, run after run, we finally got it to max out with the data shown, were confident in knowing that we have developed our kit, for the purpose it was intended for. we didn't go for max hp, we didn't go for power at the expense of excessive noise, instead we opted for dependable, queit, trailable, pump gas, sustained hp, if this is what customers are looking for they should take a serious look at our rx-1 turbo kit. turbo turtle,you had inquired about selling my turbos, we are now taking orders on them, they cost 4500.00 us and require a 2500.00 deposit, delivery is 6-8 weeks from date of deposit. please contact me if interested. jeff

Turbo,
I don't think you understand... If you are who I think you are I meet you at the Syracuse/Cicero Asphalt race this past summer. I helped you adjust your track and cleaned your primary at the starting line. I had the TY shirt on and I was running a SRX.

Buster, I think you have him mixed up with Supertuner? I think he made some 9 sec, runs this summer. I don't think Greg runs on asphalt.
