Hello fellow sled heads,
I have a 2015 XF 7000 LTD with a hurricane 190 turbo kit and inter cooler with my own clutching to suit. Unfortunately, I am part of the cracked header club and looking for advice. The new Yamaha/cat stock header is now like 700 usd, the same as an Slp header. I’m assuming the Slp header will hold up better than the stock one. But is there an aftermarket header out there that won’t require a new tune or map? Mbrp?Looking for reliability mainly… I don’t really want to reclutch, this thing is dialed in!
