Cracked Headers???

Rx1M5- I was thinking of going Impluse header, I have the ski doo tank on already and have plenty of room, just have to re do the exhaust again...looking to buy a header anyway.

I can't comment first hand if it'll go 4000 or 5000 miles cause well it's stolen but from the days I did get in on it I can say the performance is awesome and the header is as heavy duty as any I've ever seen.

X2 on impulse headers running one on my apex 820 trouble free miles to date. the 304 SS isn't strong enough to handle the heat and weight. 304 is only rated 1200 degrees. then the other thing is the carbon from your exhuast makes the stainless alot weaker. after 500 miles the tubes just start cracking no where near the welds. I know the double downpipe was a fix but only made them last alittle longer.
