Crankshaft Position Sensor ?

I suspect that I have a loose connector or a pinched wire. Does anyone know what color wires to look for and where do the wires go from the stator where the sensor is located? It is possible that I have a bad sensor also. Showing code 12 and it won't start.

You probably need a new sensor, I had a code 12 brought it to the dealer
and was covered under my y.e.s. warranty,
