Curious if anyone is using a seat heater on their sled?

I'm looking to install a seat heater on my wife's new sled has anyone used or are currently using anything. how does it work etc. thanks guys!

Artic Cat started offering this I think last year on their touring sleds. Now BRP has them this year. What is Yamaha waiting for?

I think the exhaust under the seat gives heat enough on my Nytro

the phazers come with it standard - it's called the muffler. 09 is way hotter on my underside than the o7 was.

People we are snowmobilers, whats with the heated seat talk. Jesus Christ grow a set and go riding.

It is for my wife is that ok with you, why don't you tell your wife to grow a set and see how much snowmobiling she does with you than. I personally like the fact that we can ride together and if that is what she wants to keep herself warm than fine. After all the useless stuff I spend money on I don't think its that bad.

As posted earlier, I think your butt would get wet from the trail dust and a heated seat. Maybe a better set of bibs? OR

Got that right! I couldn't imagine having a seat heater. You'd be sitting in slush all the time. I get too hot as it is while trail riding.

Maybe next year's Cats will have an enclosed cab option with ovary warmers.

like i said before it make the seat HOT not warm just sorta hits you all of a sudden and your like crap that's hot then turn it off for the rest of the ride.

Had to get on my dad's touring sled to help my lilttle brother get it unstuck and i sat down and my butt was wet for the rest of the ride...

My dad dosent seem to mind it he sits down on the sled in the garage and dosent get off until its back in the garage so it never has snow to touch it.

IT all depends, if your wife want it get it for her nice xmas gift lol
