I was trying to install my curve skis from my 07 apex to my 2011 apex and discovered the rubber mounts are different. I have been trying to contact curve via pm and email and haven't gotten a response. Does anyone know if there is a way to make these work or if some one else sells the rubber mounts?

Had a similar issue with my USI ski's. hey did not have a rubber for the new Yamaha spindle. I wound up using the stock rubbers, but had to put a 1/2 inch think spacer under the factory rubber. Unless Curve has a new rubber you will have to adapt the factory rubber as it is built to accomodate the setback of the braket on the spindle and is cut out to clear the spindle that protrudes through the ski bracket.

I also had Curve Skis on my 07 Attak GT. I kept the skis because I wanted to put them on my 2011 Apex XTX.
I made a rubber space the same dimensions as the curve ski rubber mount about .480 thick out of .187 sheets of rubber that I had laying around. I put the spacer in between the skis and the Curve rubber mount and it works well. Curve is susposed to be making a rubber mount to fit.
I really like my Curve skis.

I misquoted what I did. I did use the 2011 Yamaha rubber mount and put a .480 spacer inbetween the mount and the Curve Ske.
Sorry.

Mine worked out almost the same. I found some 1/2 think rubber, cut it to 2 inches by 4 inches. Put 4 screws in from the bottom into the Yamaha rubber to pin it in place. About 150 miles with no issues. The Yamaha rubber is set up tp give you the shmming effect desired I believe.

The mounts that came with my Curve skis were too thick and I didn't want to use the Yamaha mounts because I wanted to save those for when (if) I sell the sled, I will put the factory skis back on. I used the Curve mounts and ground 3/16" off of them to make them fit.
