curve xs/carbides

I want to order curve xs skis for my 08 fx nytro rtx. Which carbides should I get with them for trail riding? And do I get the'' leading edge''? Any thoughts

Do a search, there was a thread on that in the nytro section in the last month or so. Consensus was 4" or 6" round bar or a 6" "commander" bar sold exclusively by curve.

Leadigong edge a must . I use 6 inch stud boys like being on a rail. With curves the harder you go the better they work . Call them the guys are always willing to help and stand behind what they sell . You will love the skis night and day over stock.

We use a 4" round bar and we also use the LE on our '09 Nytro SE. As ctp said, it's a nice combo. I would not recommend Stud Boy bars on your '08.

just put 6 in round snow studs round bars on. still waiting for the leading edge i ordered...

I got a set of Studboy bars for free because a friend bought them for his 08' rode about 10 miles and took them off, said is was "Scary". HA HA. You may remember him Sean, he was the one with the Trail Blazer that went into "Limp Mode" when you guys came out to Gaylord Mi. a few years ago. You guys gonna be heading through this year?


To the O.P., listen to what these guys say, they have what I consider the best ski/setup for the Nytro, and are always willing to help and go the extra mile for the customer.

Yeah, I remember the limpblazer! I also remember that dope quad cab Dmax and enclosed triple axle 16 place trailer flying past us on our way back east!

I'm not sure if we will be coming out or not. We're still waiting for your crew to come ride Tug Hill.
